We send payouts back to the same wallet or bank account you used to deposit — this is how we keep your account secure and your money moving to the right place. Processing depends on your chosen method; DuitNow and e-wallet withdrawals generally clear faster than bank transfers. Any pending verification must be complete before a withdrawal can proceed.
